with the stat above i'd be somewhat concerned going with uab since troy opened up as a favourite of 2 fg's on the road. hmmmmm need to do more digging here

IMHO, linesmakers are watching two teams that won three games last season.
I won't discuss which conference is stronger, but C-USA has been improved year by year, and Sun-Belt is always the same.

I believe Trojans are favored because they won back-to-back bowl games before last season.
They have just one senior RB available (out of three, one with health troubles, and one with academic issues), so I like Roxyy's pick.

You might want to look at the potent Troy passing attack with a veteran qb and wrs up against a UAB secondary that returns 4 career starts. Not starters, but STARTS! I liked UAB originally as well, but after digging I'm going to pass on the game.
