That's sound reasoning, but you have to ask yourself with the shitstorm going on with the economy and this country in general... why are they even mentioning Internet gambling? My answer would be to placate the religious and the big time power brokers that are dead set against Internet gambling and will put their money up against it.

I voted for Bush twice, but didn't vote for McCain and won't vote for Romney. The Republicans lost me when they passed that last online gambling bill by tacking it on some bullshit border security law. In my view, they will be looking out for the bible bangers and special interest cash again. I would have supported Ron Paul in a big way, but the GOP would never get behind him because they want to hand pick their puppet in office. Fukc them.

Who were the losers that said they would increase the debt ceiling in exchange for spending cuts determined by the super committee? When the committee could not agree automatic cuts were to kick in and who are the losers crying and trying to get the military spending cuts that kick in on Jan 2013 undone?
