That could be a looooong answer. Let's see if I can summarize:

I had a difference of vision with the powers-that-be here. As a business owner I am used to making all decisions; as a mod, I was just a subordinate with very little influence. I never actually needed the job; I took it for idealistic reasons. Once it was clear my ideals were not part of the picture and I was mainly just a janitor in a daycare, I quit.

(Well actually I made a ridiculous pay demand that there was no way they would go along with, so it amounted to quitting.)

Don't get me wrong, I think it is the best forum going by a longshot. If I needed a job like that, this is where I would want to be.
