Right after lunch. You want your body believing you are actually doing something good for it. You will feel better about yourself as well. I wait til after lunch because I convince myself that I am not an alcoholic when I do this. I say "At least I ate something" and it makes me feel more like a social drinker...not a raging slurring machine that can barely crawl home.

I say the rule is 12:01.......that allows you to have a drink with Lunch if you so choose. Anytime before then you are considered a Degen, not that being called one of those is a problem around here. Regardless, if you wait till 12:01 you hopefully at least had half of a productive day....

Yeah, I have to agree that if you're waking up sober as a nun, then you've already fallen behind. The dude with the yellow jersey and the bottle of Canadian Club is out of sight. The only rule is that if you drink before noon you have to mix it with juice so that you can claim the drink is for your health.
