Other backs are CJ (Starting) Jennings (Starting unless MJD comes back) The Burner Turner and What you talkin about Mr. Drummond Willis McGahee.

Mendenhall is not worth taking up a bench spot for over half the season IMO. He was a mediocre RB at best last year.

Ingram is a solid player, but his numbers will be wildly inconsistent. Sproles is injured - but wont be for long. Ingram is the second and sometime 3rd option on a team that passes the ball. Ingram is the worst pass catching back in NO.

If you need help right away, grab Ingram - if you can hang on for a while, you will have one of the better backs in the league for the majority of the season.

Yeah let's waste a bench spot on a RB who had only 6 double digit fantasy games last season. Pre ACL tear. If that's your secret weapon this year then you may need to re-think your draft strategy. At least Ingram will get all goal line carries, was only a rookie last year, isn't playing on a shredded knee, and is healthy to start the season.

Okay, disregard former posts.

You keep Mendenhall because if he comes back healthy he is an 80-90 yrd guy with 1 TD.

Ingram at best gets you 20 yrds and 1 TD a game. He doesn't catch passes or bust runs. He is a 4th n 1 and 3rd n 1 back.

In reality, both won't help your team though.
