Are NCAA F lines down for anyone else on BIslands?

NFL comes up fine, but says no lines for specified league with NCAA, anyone else?

Yes this is the norm for BI early in the morning. Anyone know when they are going to put up the totals for CFB games?

Last year totals were usually up the night before game day? I think might be wrong
