Yesterday I went to make a p2p deposit and was told either I was banned or the receiver was. I didnt have my phone so I had to go home and get on livechat. first thing mia says is "thats a shame wanna do **" and its not their fault. I understand there are problems but is this normal? Just nervous now ive only done like 10 p2p. Thanks

have had similar problems before where the deposit didnt go thru on their end even if the company was saying it was ready for pickup.

Had a similar problem (not just w/ BI). I just send online, since fees always get reimbursed regardless. That way if there is an issue, you didn't waste a trip out.Comment -
Yes, I had this problem using a pen name as well. I wad told by ** it was the receiver. I argued w/ Jon until I was blue in the face based on what ** said. I called ** back the next day to see if they could be possibly wrong. Of course they were and I was transferred to their risk or whatever department who had a better clue and explained it was "me" and wanted documentation to substantiate my explanation of multiple transactions. Needless to say I apologized to Jon w/ my tail between my legs. He didn't like I took it to the forums first, understandably so, but he and the staff treat me the same as before it happened.Comment -

Are you sol as in you can't recoup the funds or you got flagged and the deposit didn't go through, but they will send the funds back to you in your own name?
If you got flagged by ** or **, even Jesus Christ of Nazareth couldn't help you get this transaction through. What did you want them to do?Comment -
