I know it sounds silly. I know it makes it look like I'm crying over spilled milk but I swear it seems as though there is a individual variance dial on the program and my dial is set on the highest level.

I've played far fewer tournaments on Full Tilt, Poker Stars and other sites before Black Friday and won more than once with fields far and away larger than the average 45 player tournaments in this series. I've only made it to heads up 3 times and lost all 3 of those by getting in with the best.

I'm just spouting off cause it's becoming very clear I have wasted an enormous amount of time in missing only 5 tourney's and am 11 spots outside the Top 50 and it's aggravating.

Lou, how about for one week only you turn my variance dial down to just 50%.

Thats becase eberretta sits there at every tourney and from the opening hand basically times down to zero and then folds. He often folds to min cashes but never has any chips or will win. Plus it absolutely cripples the rest of the table as they get a substantially less number of hands then the others.

Quite annoying but guess it is what it is.

I think a safe estimate is the 50th spot adds about 250 points a week

This list is on the Poker home page but is it accurate and up to date? Right now I have 67 cashes and 10505 showing up in the poker client as my 2012 Tourney stats but I am 99% sure that does not include all of my tourney winnings, specifically the weekend tourneys.

Now if this #1 for the year included all of the tourney winnings (and not just the weekdays), that would seem more accurate.....

Yes, does this include the weekend tournaments? I'm guessing it does not as I have over 10000 points from the weekday tournaments for the upcoming championship, and I have to have a bunch more in the weekend tournaments (have won the high roller twice and placed second in the Professionals etc.). If those were included, pretty sure my total would be much higher than it currently is.

Probably this means only the weekday tourneys are included which is a good thing since not everyone can afford the weekend tourneys so best that everyone has essentially an equal shot. If they have a third series for the end of the year (no idea if so) will be a long battle to see who comes out on top!
