From what i heard today they can basically cut him at years end and the hit isnt that bad on the cap

Whether or not Wilson gets the starting job this year, I think he is the future QB of the Seahawks. I think the fact that it is still an open competition says a lot.

Starting Wilson is the smart move. He's a leader, whereas Flynn is a placeholder.

Wilson is too short to be a successful NFL QB. He can't outrun NFL defensive ends like he could in college. Basically is he good enough to be a pocket passer.
