Dow crosses back over 9,000

tomorrow? end of this week? or now that October is ending maybe we stabalize a bit?

I know we are in a deep deep big big mess, but where and when is this bottom?

We'll see it bounce around between 8-9k for a while I think. There probably will be nothing but bad news for a while. However, many traders are seeing value in the current pricing.

OK I told you Thursday that we were in for a rally. I wasn't fucking around either. Friday we got rolled over by the Asian markets selling off, and if you would have picked up stock right off of the open when stocks tanked for 500 points, and put a 5% stop like I told you, you would be sitting pretty good at this point. Don't worry, the rally isn't over, it may pull back a bit, but the trend is towards the upside for a while. How long is a while, who the hell knows, but the first level happens at around 9500, if the dow can get above that level, then we can go for the 50 day moving average which is around 10,500. Keep in mind, that JJ is right when he says we are headed toward 7000, but the market seldom moves all at once like it did in the begining of October. Watch the IWM chart for diminshied buying. Another words as the stock price goes up, for a rally to be sustainable, the volume needs to increase as the price increases, like it did today from 2:00 on. If the price of the stock is increasing on a daily chart and the volume is also increasing, this is a good sign. If the price is increasing and the volume is decreasing on a daily chart, that is a sign that the rally is getting tired, and it is a time to get out.
