They just rotate. Mine always shift somehow. I think it's just a marketing thing.

Like Lou said, if the feed gets jacked up it comes down until it's fixed. It's happened with other books before. If we leave up a buggered feed then we have posters crying because the odds are wrong or aren't moving. When it's sorted it'll be back up
