The rollover is 10 x deposit + bonus.
$500 deposit Example:
Sports
500 Deposit + 500 Bonus = 1000
1000 x 10 = 10,000 in rollover needed before withdrawal.
Casino
250 bonus x 40 = 10000
SuperBet
50 Bonus x 3 (If winning play and not attached to the original rollover)

With that being said, the rollover is 20,000 + 150 in February if your Super Bowl wager wins.
If you zero out before meeting the 10,000 in rollover in the casino it will not affect your sports 10 times rollover or any future withdrawal.
Any pending SuperBet will also not affect withdrawals on this promotion.

Unfortunately, not at this time. CSD can tell you where you are at with your rollover if you place a request with them.
