Well I guess our planned Australian adventure is off... if you don't wear sandals/flips here when it's 110+ massive humidity you'll just die. Or get beat up by 8 year olds I pay to steal your rug.

And yeah wanttotalktoomuch... I wore chucks for the flight and wore them cruising around the hotel during the day... step outside for 5 minutes and these little piggies were on a spit roast. Silly move on my part.

boat shoes or loafers more manly and just as easy to get on and off. seriously take a good look and listen when you or someone near you is walking around in those thing and tell me it sounds like something a man would sound like. besides if some guy jacks you or steals your wallet good luck running him down and trying to keep those things on your feet. Shari I wear slacks on the beach or even on the pavement, it was 120 on Vegas when I was there and wore tight jeans all the time, I got white legs so I hide them.

there's at least 6 or 8 on the threads, saturday night maybe only 1 cuz me, mayan, bigday, cheme played it sharp and stayed in the back so we would be close to the food/bar and wouldn't get picked on by the comedian

This was a cocktail party, not a dinner. But I appreciate your tips for appropriate dress for each occasion.

Perhaps I should've gone for the stained t-shirt, black jeans, and tennis shoes look. That seemed to be very popular with the posting community.

I'm just joking around about everyone's choice of attire. To be honest, by and large everyone dressed up way more than I thought they would. The Nugget is such a laid back atmosphere that it's pointless to dress up too much. A little different than say the Wynn. Not sure the SBR Bash would work well there!


That being said....I did see several posters in button down short sleeve shirts paired with mesh gym shorts and tennis shoes on Saturday nite. Not sure how that combination came to be?? Do you plan on dressing up, and after buttoning the shirt just say fukk it and slip on your Nike dry fit grey shorts?
