If Moore is the qb, it could be somewhat close. With tannehill, it will be a blowout. Houston's defense alone could win it.

Game won't be close, beat Dolphins @ Miami last year by 10. Texans better and healthier for this game than last years game and Dolphins considerably worse. Game will be a 14+ point blowout.
