How can't you rate Jazz higher than Betblackdog coach?

Jazzy has some payment issues from time to time on the credit end, sometimes mis communications with agents, they do pay do not get me wrong. Danny it is hard to rate these 10 in any particular order due to the secret side of business and of course not really commercially advertised or talked about a lot.
