Well, you won't be required to show ID for sending **'s under $900, so technically you 'can', might want to let your book know to be on the safe side but everything is tied to the receive code/MTCN so if you have that it shouldn't matter.

I use my real name. Would be hard to explain or make the argument to someone (perhaps the IRS or FBI) that you were unaware of he severity of something if you used a false name while engaging in such activity. After 2006 I decided just not to wager anymore. I am a model citizen.

i used to use my real name and i had some books ask me what name i used when i called in the control #, then it dawned on me, so now i just use various names, and when i call in i tell them the name and control #, but let them know my real name and account.

it probably doesn't matter cause i don't send that often and i've never sent more than 400
