There is a lot going on in that avatar. It is hard to know how it all fits together.

It's happening in a school. But it's not just any school - its Pico's school.

The kid is smoking herb. But it's not just any herb - it's MEDICINAL HERB!

Is the kid sick? I hope not. He seems like a good kid.

And this is a school where they have pro-tranny posters on the walls. So there's that.

It is a somewhat less wholesome environment than the schools I went to as a kid.
