Saving it for my accountant, pretty comical the mess they got themselves in. I always wondered how everyone used them for anything and everything they wanted. I have been audited the 4 out of the last 6 years and I am expecting a major audit this year because of this.

I have 4 different businesses with different LLC's, in and out of the United States in and out of Israel and Egypt, I cut corners for 10 years and after 253k in taxes owed and 2 years of Fed time, they are on me just about every year.

Yep, 253K in back taxes from self employment will generally get you the red flag for life.
