How viable are these CFB win totals from GreyMatter Sports?

The published lines are accurate as far as I can tell, however there are teams they list with win totals that I cannot find.

I am not sure about their totals but their projections are very optimistic on some, and very hard on others.

How is Penn St projected to win 5 when they have 8 regulars transferred over to different colleges? And given all the off season distractions I'd be looking at 2 maybe 3 wins total all season.

They project Boise to win 12 and Boston College 1 immediately says they are a joke.

You continue and see games projected 4.5 games over the total. Air Force winning 10 and Utep winning 8 is not even laughable, just dismiss the entire website.
