He was speaking to the Institute of Advanced Learning and Research, which is an arm of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Look at their Executive Council, black and proud every one of them http://www.ialr.org/index.php?option...=499&Itemid=52.

His remarks were almost certainly prepared, and clearly referred to Wall Street. A reading in context clearly shows he wasn't talking about black slavery but go on with your ridiculous assertions and quotes out of context, it has certainly been working well for the "you didn't build that" line.
