Against my better judgement I am going to respond to you in this thread.
I don't know what your issue was/is this time but like I have told you before. If you have a problem/question of any kind you would be better off emailing/calling/livechat customer service than sending me an email. I don't work in CS, wagering, sales, or any department where I am servicing customers. If you don't feel like you are getting the service you deserve from the clerk ask for a manager. Fixing problems is what they do.
I've told you before that I don't work on the service side of things and a slow response from me about a service related issue is representative of youwager CS. When you have an issue/question their are departments setup to deal with them, I don't work in one of them.
If you feel that you've be mistreated by youwager... then one option would be to take your business elsewhere. I sure wouldn't fault you because I do the same thing. Sometimes things don't work out and you move on. There are lots of good options out there.
Lastly, I am not a youwager CS rep on SBR. I am just a guy that likes sports betting and the community around it, I happen to work for a book. I hope you can see the difference. I'm sorry I am wasting peoples time with this, but I'm not going to let the possibility of you writing negative things be used as leverage against me. Especially when I've told you this in the past.
