I like this idea, give them 4 strikes to an out, if the ball was hittable and you didn't swing - thats you goddamn fault. If the pitcher throws an unhittable pitch - that mofo gets a strike, only allowed 1 strike per batter for the pitcher, throw another unhittable pitch and you have to toss him an underhand slow pitch.
