Cheesy, but it helps...anyone relate? (money mgt.)
One of the biggest hurdles for me gambling online--poker & sports, is that after a while, there's a disconnect between my sportsbook balance and actual grean, beautiful money. As ridic. as this sounds, I actually have a roll of cash that I have on hand, to help me focus better and be more disciplined. Has helped me stay sharper in sports and poker. A couple times a week, I'll hold my cash, before placing it in its hiding spot where the wife won't find it. Anyone else do stupid stuff like this? If not and money mgt. is an issue, give it a try...right...now!!!
(this is my fav. emoticon for sexual reasons)

do you mean that you pull out $500 in cash and look at it hard before placing that wager amount online? like imagining you were at the betting counter and seeing if you could really hand it over?

This song also gets me pumped for making dough. I do not know why. I will be buying new cowboy boots in the next few days. $300-$400.

No, more like I hold onto $4k a couple times a week, especially after a loss, and it helps me keep ish in perspective.

so you keep $4K lying around just to assure yourself mentally that even if you bust online you'll still be ok?

how much do you have online?

Not so much about worrying about going bust, more like seeing it helps me not to make stupid chase bets...more along that line. I have 4k in one book and I cashout everytime I get to $4,800-$5k. For me, it is so important to cashout frequently.

FYI, I am buzzed right now. Eagle rare bourbon, smoked a whole cigar (church hill), and just ate two, toffee icecream bars.

Am I loner here...I know other people must do this kind of stuff too.

hmmm a cashout after only $800-$1K profit on a $4K principle seems to be running things pretty tight, but if it keeps you right gl

Great tune. Waylon was always one of my faves. First part of that song always gets me pumped.

Also like "Don't you think this outlaw thing has done got out of hand". Awesome riffs.

I like just about everything Waylon ever did.

The number on the computer screen has killed me over the years. If I had the cash in hand, I'm positive I wouldn't bet as much as I do, lose as much, as often, etc.

I can only listen to classic country. I cannot stand anything that's new. This is kinda catchy though, but look at the peeps in the video. Such fakes.

This has been my problem before implementing this strategy. I have pocketed more cash consistently since doing it. Helps to ground me.

Gambling is amazing when you're feelin it! The extremes are fukkin rough sometimes, but the highs are unfukkinbeatable.

These 3 things are the fukkin truth. Gambling and Alcohol have to be done in moderation, but goddamn some good times can be had!

try jacking off to a Barbara Streisand song while looking at a picture of Dolly Parton. hold $500 cash ($100 bills only) in your other hand..

after you finish..... you will be totally calm

this is when you should place your next bet in a cold-blooded manner. gone from 48% winners to 49% winners myself.
