Houston sucks and they have lost 5 straight and are 1-9 in their last 10 games, Brewers on a small streak of 3 games

This guy Rogers is largely unknown which could be a problem, but Norris has been garbage all year long

I was just about to start a thread on this.

Mark Rogers is the rookie the Brewers are hoping will be their new ace. His numbers are misleading, as he got rocked by the Cards last outing (wainwright hit RBI off him, of all people) but he's got a good 12:2 K:BB.

I haven't seen him pitch, but he must have good stuff, and I think he'll kill it with teams that haven't seen him before. I think Astros will be the perfect bait, as the bats suck as is, and I doubt they'll be any better with a pitcher they've never seen before.

Maybe someone can add more to this thread.... I'm curious about Rogers, as I've been killing it with the Brewers all season. (not wins, but I've been correctly predicting them all season). They've become my new favorite team to bet.

Norris is 0-10 his last 10 starts. However, he does have a win versus the Mil. in May where he pitched 7 innings and gave up only 1 run. His last start versus Mil he pitched 6 innings and gave up 3. In one of those 10 losses he pitched 7 innings and only gave up 1 run to the Reds.

The Astros just find ways to lose though... BOL whatever you choose.

Rogers taken in the first round of the same draft class as verlander, they hoped he would be an ace but has had injuries and bounced around the minors. Guy throw heat though in the high 90's.
