High potent rushing offense up against a rushing D ranked in the 80s...Both teams give up 30ish ppg. Hawaii O averages 19ppg and I doubt they can keep it too close in a shootout.

Nevada runs a pistol offense which provides them a high scoring rushing offense. Hawaii runs the spread with a mediocre quarterback. If it is raining there, I would certainly lay the points with Nevada. Their rushing attack shouldn't be effected by the weather while Hawaii's offense is primarily pass related. Both defenses are capable of giving up points but I really don't like the total one way or the other.
