Look Pavy, if you need places like SBR so you can feel safe about sending money I suggest moving to vegas. All of this offshore shit is coming to a end soon. Here are the facts from a neutral party

Blackdog is established and people behind it pretty well known in industry.

CW as of now are doing better that what a lot of us thought. I see very little slow pay issues and very few other type of complaints. I think we here more negative issues on books that have been around for a while with solid reps so go figure.
