its just something where you can win a free handy that they do every year here at the start of football season right before the bash, so guys can redeem their prizes in vegas at the bash if they are going

it's cool but they also think its funny to give away handies from guys as some of the prizes, and if you win a handy from a guy, it's a joke but then they don't give you a real prize to replace it with so it kind of sucks
