3. SBR not downgrading BOL despite obvious and significant drop in the book's quality in the past 6-8 months.

SBR has serious egg on its face in this matter.

The fact that this thread probably won't last more than a few minutes is more proof that SBR is now in the same league as RX in terms of their laughable book ratings.
