Giants WILL LOSE to GB then they will be 6-5 going into Washington. If skins can win that game at home both will be 6-6, skins play Ravens Browns Eagles Cowboys nyg play saints falcons ravens eagles It would be fair to say skins have the easier schedule for the remainder of yr. Not to mention the skins playing on Thursday will have the benefit of an extra 3 days rest/preparation. It not only is possible but in my opinion likely redskins win nfc east.

If by slump you mean "he can only throw to receivers who are wide open, but is no longer mobile and therefore can not extend plays to allow his receivers to find holes in coverage" then yes ... you nailed it.
