possible fix in the laker-oklahoma pre-season game

i think this game might be fixed. total moved down 1.5 pts 10 minutes before the game. the game was on pace for the over and they just run out of the clock for the last quarter. final total: 199 pts

total moved from 202 down to 200.5 right before the start fo the game.
