World Series game 3......over or under?

I'm open to opinions and reason. As a long term better it's almost impossible to win in the long run.
Probability would have me picking the over simply because both teams are due. Moyer got lit up in his last two appearances, not to mention Philli is a hitter friendly park and we've also had 44 base runners in the first 2 games.
However, neither team seems to be hitting with runners on.
We're also hearing that it may rain, which could favor the
under, and Garza has been pitching as strong as anyone in Tampa. Moyer will wake up and realize he's in the world series and pull up.

If the line is 9.5 I'm thinking about picking the under. Philli will have to score more than 3 runs for this game to go over.

I see it like this, but im not any good at baseball picks..Phillies win if it goes OVER and Rays win if it goes UNDER...I think a 5-2 type game for the rays in game 3

If Phillies win, I like it to be over 10 runs for sure but this is just my opinion on the game and like I said, im not good at picking baseball

My neighbors motorcycle blew over in his driveway about an hour ago. Windy as hell over here in CT.
