I don't follow the soap operas on here. I honestly didn't know why imgv94 was banned. I noticed he wasn't around lately, I thought maybe he'd moved on and got a real life. lmao.
If he really did hack SBR and did the DOS attacks, then that's definitely not cool. Otherwise, I always stuck up for imgv94. Sure, he was a punk kid with a foul mouth, but he could give good handicapping analysis.
As far as 5 star bomb, it sounds like you want to ban him simply for mentioning imgv94. That's a little touchy, even if imgv94 did what he did. Again, I'm not close to the situation, and I don't know the gory details of the battles between the mods and imgv94. Maybe we've just got to make a rule about naming "his name of which we do not speak" in future threads. Bring up imgv94 and be banned, I guess, put it into the SBR rules and regulations.

For the record, I voted "no," but I would like to say that when a poll such as this appears on the surface to be a anonymous vote for the poster and the result percentages are available to be seen, what is the point of posting everyone's name and what way they voted? I'm pretty much confused about this whole exchange. BBD, you've gotta give us some stronger evidence against 5star than you've brought forward thus far.
