Maybe some of us such as Coug, Chi, myself, Bitme, Thegiant, etc. etc. constantly post the good chit and if we want to nominate one of the other "insiders" more than once on a given day we now can't?!

It might have something to do with people getting points for gaining a certain number of nominations. If i remember right guys would do that in the service plays forum to circumvent 2 pts limit for nonpro giving to pros per day.
