Why are my PM's turned off?

what happened to my buddy 5 star? i want to see him post here. he's a good kid. the only thing he could have done bad was being a big cubs fan. .his team hasn't won a WS in 100 yrs.. and for that, i say we penalize him 1 week no posting or pm's.. after that, he can post. no fan of a team that hasn't won in 100 yrs deserves regular treatment..
