I first came on to sbr and I was all over the service plays section.. As I became a little more seasoned (admitted I am still soaking wet behind the ears) I ventured over to players talk and I have won a great deal more following a cpl guys here. Sometimes I wish I knew all the little inside jokes a lot of you guys have, but I'm sure if I put my time in I will get to understanding some of you better.. Anyways, Thanks a lot to SBR and to all the guys who post great threads. (unlike this one)

Ya, I hear that... Im going to buy my 2 kids a couple of camry's and check into some advice I got from a guy named chalky about buying some property in the northwest.. I live in Brooklyn so I would go buy and remodel myself, and then put on the market or rent using a property manager.. I just hate chasing rent and dealing with tennants.
