Biggest bet of my life kicks off today. 12pm est USA women's soccer -.5 vs France.

Yes I can afford to lose this bet so no I will not be way over my head if it loses.

USA is ranked 1 in world and fav to win it all. France is 7.

USA will be playing with a chip on their shoulder after losing in the finals to Japan last year in the world cup after USA had it won and let Japan back in. USA beat France in the semi final 3-1. Team USA will be out to show the world why they are the best. In order to beat team USA you need size, USA is the tallest team in the world and scores a ton of goals off set pieces and corners, and France does not match up well with their size.

Wambach and Morgan up top is the best combo out there. Morgan only 23 will be the best player to ever put a USA jersey on, she will break Mia Hamm and wambachs goal records.
Even heard defender heather mitts say that France would be the toughest challenge in their group however ever since that heartbreaking loss to Japan in the wc finals they have been waiting for this day to take out the frustration and pour it on France and set a statement to the world that team USA is here.

Yes I know the teams in the Olympics very well. Very comfortable with this bet. USA beat them 3-1 in world cup. Both teams improved since then, but USA is just to good for the frenchies.

They play 3 games of round robin, top 2 teams advance of the group. No overtime (extra time) or pk. Normally the bet would be a loss if they did get that far. Bets Only good for 90 minutes plus stoppage.

no difference, go with witch ever has better odds.
generally the -0.5 has better odds than the ML though.

France has improved a lot and will be a big test, but with Morgan now forming a 2 striker US look they should win.

NBC channels should have all the soccer games and Comcast even has a channel dedicated to showing nothing but Olympic soccer so will be on somewhere.
