Latos is a far better pitcher than Wandy right now, and I'm a Wandy fan. Latos is obviously facing the inferior lineup as well. Game is priced correctly.

Nash id be highly shocked to even see Bruce in the lineup, his career against Wandy he has had 29 AB's with 15K's 0 walks carrying a .069 BA. Reds role players have been stepping up a lot lately though. Guys like Frazier, Valdez, Heisey.
