SBR Archived Games

I am looking at SBR's archived college football games and betting lines, on a page like this, for example:

You can see there are options to see the line for 1st half, 2nd half, 1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, and 4th quarter. Which of these lines is posted before the game starts, and which of these lines is a line posted DURING the game?

they are all posted before game start, no live betting and only 2nd half is added at halftime

i dont get it so 2nd half is posted DURING game? what about 3rd and 4th quarter then?

thanks for response, sorry i dont mean to be dense but i have this database i am analyzing and the 2nd half results screwed with my mind so just want to make sure before i go on here.

Full game, first half and all quarters are posted before the game starts, only 2nd half line is posted at halftime.

Hi, this question is similar to my last one but different so I put it here in new thread. I don't understand these 1st Quarter lines for the games.

For example in the above page we have Cincinnati -1-116 for the game, and then for 1st quarter is a PK +135. That line makes no sense unless it was this way because people knew that the opposing team was receiving the kickoff. However, people won't know what team is receiving the kickoff until right before the game so the OPENING 1st quarter line should not reflect this. Yet SBR says the opening first quarter line is PK+130.

did SBR post the wrong odds?
