Around 7 or 8 years ago i made a withdraw from bet365 of around $800, I received the money thru neteller but they never debited my account balance . I called customer service and they gave me a $100 freeplay

Got paid a $1500 wd twice and told the book about it. They just said thanks for my honesty and debited the extra $1500 from my existing account balance. They went rogue and shut up shop about 6 months later.

I would keep it. I'm an advantage gambler, it's just one more angle to be +ev. They're doing the same.

It's happened to be a few different times actually.

I feel incompetent customer service is part of the process. Books spend very little time training these people so they must account for mistakes.

To be entirely honest, it is hard to show any sympathy for the overpaying books. If I've never played the casino at the books in question, I'd probably be sympathetic... but that isn't the case. I have played casino and have lost money because their games ARE stacked in the house's favor more than they should be.

So no sympathy here. They should train their customer service better so that it doesn't happen. I know I've had to run back and forth to the grocery store because the people can't give me correct names to send to even when I ask them to double check the name.

Never overpaid on withdrawals but credited twice on bets I shouldn't have been. First time I didn't say anything (posted about it here 2yrs ago because it made me feel sick) and the 2nd I told them. Both times they never corrected it.

I also recently had money from bonus earnings taken away - as I should've as it had a 90 day rollover time limit but I thought it was 3mths, not 90 days exactly. But after contacting the book they credited me the amount in Pounds which we all know is much more than any of our dollars are worth. Advised them of that and they said no, their policy was to credit in their home currency. Doubled that amount instantly purely due to exchange rate.

Not yet, but I was returning my empties at the beer store next to my apartment and to grab a couple cold ones. I was supposed to get $3.10 for the empties but got $3.70! WOOHOO!

You know what they say,in gambling there are times you were underpaid and didn't realize it so when you get overpaid, just chalk it up to the gambling gods letting you get even.

Kind of how I justify it as well. A book overpaid me by several thousand once and I have waited, and waited, and waited, and waited for that book to ever realize it but never anything. I'll just assume the gods want me to get that several thousand back from some of the awful beats I've suffered in my life.
