Rays To Win?

I was wondering what the line was, if anyone can remember for The Rays to Win The WS From the beginning of the season it had to at least be +800?? Did anyone have anything on that?

Not really, they lost nearly 100 games last year and they are in the same division as Red Sox and Yankees.
