How is your Migraine Blondie? Did you drink some coffee? That article I put in your good morning thread yesterday had some good stuff for migraines and headaches http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/ar...offee-two.html . My Mother used to get them in the mornings and as soon as she had her coffee she was a new person.

It WAS better til the kids started bickering....

I am thinking it is partially a "the kids need to go back to school" migraine. Have a huge tension knot in my neck that has been there for a few days now. Add in the fact that I just got my new contacts a few days ago and it's a nice recipe for pain and suffering. Hoping it will get better though....

My friend suffers from them and she uses a sleep mask, says that and massage/acupuncture work wonders.
