Yes, but evert time I fail to connect to SBR, I disconnect then reconect my internet connection and then I get in fine.

Its called a DDOS attack. Basically the bad guys send out spam and infect thousands of computers. They then aim these computers at your websites and overwhelm them causing the servers to crash or hang. To fight this the techs must search the IP logs and identify the bad traffic. This takes time and thats what we did. We blocked thousands of IP's and that stopped the attack or cut it down to a point we can operate more or less normally.

don't they algorithms you can use to initally stop it?

IE If there are thousands of requests a second then odds are it isn't human?

Shrinks check bounced so they ceased the attacks.
