I cashed big tonight on two bad bets, thank god for that empty net goal and that calgary somehow came up with a win in the 3rd period...I'm sure this was one of those lucky nights I won't have again for a while unfortunately.

I followed on this pick, and saw the result and thought...wow that sucks lost the under by one goal... sharp line, tough loss..

but now to find out it was an empty netter...I guess that is my welcome to the world of NHL bad beats..

Yeah, and it wasn't even a true empty netter either, Nash was awarded the goal because of a hooking penalty as he was going to shoot. It's a moot point though because he would not have missed empty net anyway.
