First example that OBAMA is a WINNER

Forest service Fire Fighters get Fed. insurance and now thanks to Mr. Obama, so do the temporary fire fighters who until recently when Mr. Pres. Obama learned of the situation, had nothing. Now they are insured.

Just one example of how he's helping real people.

Another example is The Affordable Care Act

Now "obamacare" has been hotly debated and most critical comments are in regards to it's cost and that more freedoms are being taken away.

But lets move past that and SEE WHAT WE ACTUALLY ARE RECEIVING

1.) Insurance companies can no longer cancel your policy because b/c of a mistake on an application
2.) Insurance companies can no longer deny care to children under 19 because of a pre existing condition

3.) If you're under 26, you can stay on your parents plan
4.) If you have been rejected for insurance due to a health condition or disability, you may be eligible for coverage through the Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan.

The insurance companies have been picking and choosing claims in which to approve based on a programmers equation to save them the most money

. Unfortunately their are real people on the other end of their antics that are suffering, many children. Obama put an end to that.

Another example of Obama helping REAL PEOPLE. Not WAR PROFITEERS

Pres. Obama put an end to one of the worst military policies in history, DON'T ASK, DON'T TELL

In it's 18 year implementation, nearly 14000 PEOPLE were discharged simply for being gay. Many of these people had 10,15,20 years in the military and were set up for a nice retirement. This devestated their careers. Thanks to Obama, military personnel no longer have to hide who they are

Loshak, it's about someone in power actually helping people. Not just lining the pockets of CEO's and War Profiteers.

You may not like Obama and you may not vote for him but what he has done to help people is undeniable. And not just by giving them money. Look at the repeal of Dont Ask, Don't Tell.

I'm not sweating Obama being reelected. Partly because I am not sold that Mit is dynamic enough to rally the country with the proper fiscal policies.

If Obama is elected the conservatives will have a narrow majority in congress for the next two years and most likely a substantial majority by the mid terms(see 2010 mid term results). By 2016 the country will be ready for a Reagan type and will be in a filibuster proof position to make the tax and spending reforms that are needed.

We DO support lining the pockets of CEOs and War Profiteers. CEOs are the whole reason we even have money in the first place. And War Profiteers are people who PROFIT, which is the whole point of a little something called CAPITALISM, which we support. If you have a problem with War Profiteers, instead of complaining about them, become one yourself! Again, that is what is great about America. ANYONE can become a War Profiteer if they are smart and willing to work hard.
