Do you have any ad blocker? adblock plugin maybe? if so, try disabling it.

Sounds like a pop-up blocker issue. Give it a try on a different browser for us?

Yep in firefox goto tools/adblock plus/ and disable on that page or everywhere temporarily to view the options

if in chrome u can disable adblock plus in the wrench menu (tools) on far right top bar
