No time to enjoy their money, their kids, or even to really know what happiness is. I see it a lot around here. We have those that work insane hours, but miss kids games, grandparents running them everywhere or else a family friend, but the kid has everything material they could ever want. Parents come home after the kids are in bed, and leave before the kid wakes up.
On the other hand, there are the ones that don't work, use their food stamps for bags of chips at the gas station to go with their case of beer and carton of cigarettes they are buying (all in the same transaction), but even though they have no place really to go, they aren't raising their kids either.Comment -

Umm no? Most couples do fine financially as well as have free time to raise kids and be with their family.. People spend their money on BMW SUV's because they don't have enough ambition to spend it on other things. I am always the one who says, "Hey, lets do this!", and other people go "yeah thats cool!" but when it comes down to it NO ONE actually wants to do it.
The reason the divorce rate is so high is because were moving away from traditional Christian values. Americans feel that they should be happy, and with divorce becoming more acceptable, more people are getting divorced. That in turn makes getting divorced even more acceptable. Its a good thing. Why would you want to be in a dead end marriage?Comment
