I've used it in Biloxi and Tunica for rooms and other things like free play coupons. I think I used it at Harrahs Vegas once and it worked. I wouldn't try it at a higher end like Palazzo or Bellagio, probably wouldn't be enough.

Do it all the time. Hasn't failed yet. The last time at Caesar's she was just like "Thank you" and didn't try to hide the fact.
