How does gambling make you feel?

I go through streaks where I gamble alot for two weeks, then take a couple weeks off, and I can tell a huge difference in how I feel. When I gamble I sleep worse, lose appetite, get headaches, etc. I am not sure why I keep doing it but was just curious if this was just me or normal for others as well?

I say don't gamble if you are drunk, sleepy, hungry, depressed or angry.
