In his defense, he has posted many of his plays in advance in the MLB section. I remember a 10k on yanks and another 16k on brewers where they blew that 9-2 lead and then won on a Aramiz 2 run shot in the 11th inning or so.

Check cashing stores have certain requirements for reporting that are different than banks, but most of them do it. Same with weztern union and such. X amount of transactions totaling x amount of dollars and what have you.

Best and safest way to do it is report the gambling income and take an equally sized (and verifyable) loss. There are plenty of creative ways to find losses.
