Baccarat is not the game with the lowest edge. Craps is better if you take double odds or higher when you bet the pass line. I don't think you can get an edge at baccarat unless you can cheat like Phil Ivy, who won a lot at Baccarat from a British casino that way.

1) Backing your pass line bets actually lowers your overall odds. I didn't believe it either at first.

2) You can beat baccarat if you use labouchere, and find a table that sets up nice for it ($5-$5000). They even give you the pen and paper so you can write out your labby lines. I've done it.

Labouchere has never been disproven. Naysayers either don't understand what it is and confuse it for martingale (see above), or they disbelieve it because they're lazy and thing nothing can be beaten ever (see above).
